Sales and Design Manager

I LOVE WHAT I DO!! From an early age I knew I wanted to work with houses and floor plans. I didn’t exactly know in what capacity, but I just knew I wanted to do something with floor plans. Since graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Drafting in 2004, my career has evolved from being a drafter for a remodeling company, to designing projects with 3D design programs. Guiding clients through the selection process, estimating projects and managing the entire production process have been the highlights of my career thus far. I truly mean it when I say I LOVE WHAT I DO!

From our first meeting together, my goal is to start building an understanding of what will make your home more functional for you and a home that you fall in love with all over again! I encourage any and all inspiration you have from Pinterest, Houzz or Model Homes you’ve seen! It helps me “get inside your head”, giving me an idea of what you want incorporated into your new spaces.

I am dedicated to all projects from start to finish and truly care about the entire process specifically how it’s executed and viewed from the client’s perspective. My greatest wish for every client I work with is to hear how great their experience was throughout the process and to see the joy on their faces when their home is completed.

I live in my hometown, Belle Plaine, with my husband, Steve. We LOVE camping, or GLAMPING, gardening and spending time with our extended families.

Office Manager

I have been with Bellepar since 2020 and have enjoyed working with everyone!  I am very detail orientated and take great pride in respecting the company’s financials as if it were my own.  In the construction business there are a lot of transactions so it’s important to make sure everything is cohesive and organized and balances at the end!  Even though I’m close to retirement I still love what I do and it’s hard to think about not doing it.

My husband, Mike, and I love to spend time with our 2 sons and their families.  Our son Bryan and his wife Josie live very close by with their sons Curren and Ryder; and our son Greg and his new wife Christine live in North Carolina and are expecting their first baby later this year!  We very recently purchased a home on a lake where Bryan and Josie live and we can’t wait to spend more time boating (or snowmobiling) back and forth with our grandsons.  We also love spending the weekends and some afternoons on the golf course during the summers., vacationing in warm weather destinations and gardening.

Designer

I’ve been with Bellepar since June of 2020, my favorite part of designing with Bellepar is taking an already existing space and turning it into a space that is not only functional but works for the lifestyle of our clients and meets their needs. Another thing that I love is being able to use our computer programs to turn spaces into virtual 3D models to help clients picture their new space. Also being able to communicate with clients in person at selection meetings and on site working with them through the whole process. I have experience running a countertop showroom as well as working at a cabinet company designing kitchens. Bellepar puts all my interests into one, and I get a taste of every aspect of design. Overall working with Bellepar is very rewarding and I can say I love my job and what I do!

Brian Gergen

Brian Gergen

Project Manager

From an early age, Brian was infatuated with the building industry.  In grade school, he took every opportunity to learn how to build things, discovered his passion for building and his future career path.  He took advantage of every Industrial Arts coursework opportunity offered in Junior & High School, specifically those specific to drafting and woodworking.  Brian graduated high school as the “Industrial Arts Student  of the Year“ recipient amongst his graduating class and continued his studies thereafter at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities whereas he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Construction Management.  Throughout high school and college, Brian worked a variety of part time and summer jobs in the residential construction industry learning “hands on” how to build quality homes in conjunction with his coursework studies.  Brian landed an internship opportunity with a national home builder following his junior year at college and stayed on with them full time full time while finishing his senior year of college and thereafter, from there he endured a 20+ year career with the organization in various roles within the construction and customer care/warranty service departments, prior to joining the Bellepar Homes team.

Brian has a steadfast focus on delivering the upmost highest quality products to his clients while providing the absolute best customer experience possible.  Frequent and thorough communication, proactive planning, ensuring the overall success for all the stakeholders involved in a project along with truly valuing each of their contributions and ensuring we “do the right thing” day in and day out, is what Brian is all about.

“A home is generally the largest investment an average consumer will make in their lifetime, it’s their “sanctuary” and to be part of the journey to construct it or transform it into their “perfect dream space” is an absolute privilege and so I’m truly fortunate to have a career that’s so purposeful!”

In his personal time, Brian stays busy with his wife Katie, his two teenage daughters and his bird dog.  When he’s not working or spending time with family, Brian enjoys “all things outdoors”, loves to run and is active in the CrossFit community whereas he trains daily, along with occasionally coaching as a CF L1 trainer.

Field Tech

From a young age I watched my father, uncles and grandpa work some form of construction. Every opportunity I had, I would watch, learn, and try to pitch in where they would let me. As I got older I would “borrow” their tools to build anything I could, treehouses, forts, etc. As time went on, I grew a passion for creating things. I enjoy working with my hands and being able to take an idea and make it a reality.

After graduating school, I worked my way through many different fields in the industry, retail management, timber framing, and rough and finish carpentry. Now, as a field technician, I can take a client’s vision and make it their reality. I pride myself on working hard and creating a positive environment and experience for everyone involved. I hope to continue to advance and build homes allowing clients to have their dreams fulfilled.

Three years ago, I decided to move from the sunny California to snowy Minnesota and it was the BEST decision of my life! Here is where I found my beautiful fiancé, Kristina, and started my career as field technician for Bellepar Homes. Since moving I’ve been able to spend so much more quality time with my kids Rylie (six) and Odin (three). Our favorite things to do together are fishing, taking camping trips, and playing with our two dogs Ember and Loki. Since my fiancé doesn’t think two dogs are enough, we also foster through secondhand hounds and dog sit constantly. I’ve gotten used to housing at least five dogs a day.

My passion for construction runs so deep that I do it on my off days. During this past year, my fiancé and I purchased a home and I have been using most of my off time renovating it. Outside of construction, I enjoy spending time with my family camping, fishing, and being outdoors.

I am excited to be a part of the Bellepar family and hope to continue to learn and grow while being an asset to the team.
