I LOVE WHAT I DO!! From an early age I knew I wanted to work with houses and floor plans. I didn’t exactly know in what capacity, but I just knew I wanted to do something with floor plans. Since graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Drafting in 2004, my career has evolved from being a drafter for a remodeling company, to designing projects with 3D design programs. Guiding clients through the selection process, estimating projects and managing the entire production process have been the highlights of my career thus far. I truly mean it when I say I LOVE WHAT I DO!
From our first meeting together, my goal is to start building an understanding of what will make your home more functional for you and a home that you fall in love with all over again! I encourage any and all inspiration you have from Pinterest, Houzz or Model Homes you’ve seen! It helps me “get inside your head”, giving me an idea of what you want incorporated into your new spaces.
I am dedicated to all projects from start to finish and truly care about the entire process specifically how it’s executed and viewed from the client’s perspective. My greatest wish for every client I work with is to hear how great their experience was throughout the process and to see the joy on their faces when their home is completed.
I live in my hometown, Belle Plaine, with my husband, Steve. We LOVE camping, or GLAMPING, gardening and spending time with our extended families.
I am finishing up my third year of Interior Design Schooling and will be graduating in the Fall of 2020, I am very excited to be joining the Bellepar team full time. I’ve been with Bellepar since June of 2020, my favorite part of designing with Bellepar is taking an already existing space and turning it into a space that is not only functional but works for the lifestyle of our clients and meets their needs. Another thing that I love is being able to use our computer programs to turn spaces into virtual 3D models to help clients picture their new space. Also being able to communicate with clients in person at selection meetings and on site working with them through the whole process. I have experience running a countertop showroom as well as working at a cabinet company designing kitchens. Bellepar puts all my interests into one, and I get a taste of every aspect of design. Overall working with Bellepar is very rewarding and I can say I love my job and what I do!
I love everything construction. I have lived it all my life. I am the 4th generation of my family to be in the construction industry. My great grandfather was a painter, my grandpa was an iron worker and my dad is a senior project manager for a commercial general contractor. Construction has been a major part of my life since I could walk. I use to love walking job sites with my dad when I was little. I got to go in a lot of big downtown building during construction and see them in all stages of completion. I use to go to his office and pretend like I knew how to read blueprints had have fake meetings in their conference room. In addition to being around construction throughout my entire childhood I also have a very well rounded field, school and management background. I worked as a concrete laborer for a while just out of high school, then worked as an electricians apprentice after that I went on to build and install custom cabinetry for a few years. I decided that I wanted to get out of the field and advance my career into the management side of the industry so I decided to pursue my degree at Dunwoody. I graduated in 2007 with my AAS degree in Architectural Drafting and Estimating. I have worked as an AutoCAD drafter, an estimator and a project manager for a few different companies throughout my career. As a project manager I have managed everything from small residential remodel projects to high end dental clinic projects to large million dollar new homes. All of this life experience has given me a well rounded view of the industry and what it takes to make a project successful. Residential construction is definitely my passion whether its remodeling a home or building new I love seeing the progression of the projects from the beginning stages all the way to final completion. When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my wife, Ashley, and our 4 kids. We love skiing and snowboarding in the winter and in the summer, we are fishing or just out on the lake.
